This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct consultations and therapy sessions through telehealth platforms. • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to assigned clients dealing with issues related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, ensuring that clients' needs are accurately identified and addressed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' presenting issues and goals, facilitating their journey toward recovery.

• Serve as a collaborative team member, engaging with other professionals, facilitating holistic care that respects each client's unique background and circumstances.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring quality care and safe environments for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct screening processes and evaluate the efficacy of interventions.

• Monitor client progress, coordinate care with external service providers, and facilitate treatment continuity.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development activities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

The clients you'll work with may include children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Many clients served are in medically and socially underserved areas, often requiring culturally competent approaches tailored to empower them and promote long-term wellness. Your role is crucial in engaging these clients effectively, listening to their concerns, and guiding them through their recovery pathways.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.

• Current Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Competency in addressing age-related and developmental issues for diverse populations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is desired, with a focus on mental health.

• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and Spanish, are preferred.

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive benefits package, which includes:
