Life Stream Behavioral Health LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our collaborative mental health team. This position is fully remote and utilizes a telehealth framework, allowing you to provide essential services to clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Working as part of a virtual team, you will collaborate closely with fellow clinicians, case managers, and administrative staff, ensuring clients receive coordinated and effective care without the barriers typically encountered in traditional healthcare settings.

Your role will encompass a variety of clinical tasks aimed at improving mental health outcomes for your assigned clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify individuals presenting with major mental health disorders or severe emotional challenges.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches based on evidence-based practices and the evolving needs of clients.
• Facilitating crisis intervention as necessary, responding effectively to acute care situations and ensuring client safety.
• Maintaining compliance with professional ethical standards and the organization’s policies while documenting client interactions and treatment plans effectively.
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge regarding new treatment methodologies.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Active Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively document and discuss client care.
• Demonstrated skill in working with diverse populations, showcasing an understanding of varied cultural and developmental needs.

While the minimum requirements are vital, we highly value additional skills and experiences that will contribute to our team's effectiveness, including:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, which will facilitate communication with a broader range of clients.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with telehealth technologies and management systems.
• Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package, including:
