UHY Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. The role will lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries, focused on shared services, close optimization, and core accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
  • Assess current‑state finance and accounting operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement shared services models and operating structures.
  • Drive month‑end close optimization initiatives, including process redesign and automation.
  • Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with client stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders) to align transformation initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality client outcomes.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
