Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality.Role OverviewThe Fleet Strategy Execution Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of fleet-wide mitigation strategies and ensuring alignment with long-term fleet objectives. This role supports risk identification, strategy development, and drives execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical and commercial activities. Success in this position requires strong program management skills, proactive communication, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable results.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of fleet-wide mitigation strategies that address both immediate and longterm operational risks.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Execution teams to align on strategy and implementation plans.
  • Determine where strategy products and improvement initiatives apply across the fleet and ensure progress stays on track.
  • Develop and manage riskbased mitigation forecasts that incorporate lead times and outage opportunities.
  • Oversee commercial and technical coordination to ensure mitigation solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Launch strategy initiatives with Operations Managers, clearly outlining objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Provide outage planning support, including budget, duration, and execution guidance.
  • Support sourcing and readiness of parts, hardware, and tooling required for mitigation work.
  • Conduct onsite planning, implementation audits, and execution support at customer locations.
  • Capture postoutage insights and lessons learned to continuously strengthen fleet strategies and future recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BSME, BSEE) and at least ten (10) years of Power Generation industry experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations including percentages, area, and volume.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Basic computer skills include email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds in a quiet work environment.
