To thrive as a Strategy Planning Architect, you need expertise in business strategy, enterprise architecture frameworks, and analytical problem-solving, often supported by a relevant degree and certifications like TOGAF. Familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Visio), project management software, and IT governance systems is typically required. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills enable effective collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
