Sales Executive – LoopNet – New Orleans, LA

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships and advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and investment returns using our proprietary analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to generate sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of successful full‑cycle B2B account management and sales experience in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory completion of a driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and success in building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by the start date.
  • Self‑starter ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑growth environment.
