The Operations & Resiliency Group (O&R) serves to strengthen, support, and ensure the resiliency of many of the Bank's essential on-site operations, includingthose ofthe Bank's Cash Operations, Law Enforcement Unit,Reserve Bank Accounts and Services,Federal Reserve Financial Services, Business Continuity and Resiliencyteams.

Within O&R sits the Strategy and Product Advancement team (S&PA), responsible for driving strategic planning, defining technology product vision and roadmaps, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate O&R's operationalobjectivesinto value-driven product capabilities. S&PA serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring alignment across priorities andfacilitatingthe advancement of digital solutions that enhance O&R's mission-critical operations.

S&PA is seeking a qualified candidate who can support the development and execution of strategic priorities across the Group, driving alignment with Bank-wideobjectivesand enabling operational excellence through strategic planning, initiative management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, trend assessments, and external insights to enable high-quality strategic decision-making

  • Lead the Group's strategic planning process, partnering with the Group Head,Senior Leadership Team, and other business leaders andpartnersto define strategic direction,establishpriorities, and setobjectivesthat align with Bank-wide and Federal Reserve System goals

  • Work with business line leaders to convert strategic priorities into concrete execution plans, defining how each area will contribute to Groupobjectivesandestablishingmetrics to track progress

  • Oversee the Group-wideObjectives & Key Results (OKR)management process to ensure consistent, high-quality tracking and execution of strategic initiatives

  • Monitor strategic initiative health,identifyrisks or roadblocks, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies
