Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Government Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The Government Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities with the US Government, primarily the USAF, Navy, and Army.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products/services and expand networks.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:
