Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify peopleโ€™s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusignโ€™s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you\'ll do

Lead the definition and execution of Docusign\'s product strategy. Partner with the CPO to translate company priorities into a clear, aligned product roadmap and drive execution rigor across all product teams. Build the Product Operations function, systems, processes, tools, and discipline, that enables faster, better-informed decisions and cross-functional alignment. Use automation and AI strategically to eliminate manual work, surface insights, and keep teams moving at velocity.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, Product.

Responsibility

  • Partner with CPO to define Docusign\'s product strategy and translate strategic priorities (agreement journey enablement, solution adoption, enterprise/global expansion) into quarterly OKRs and product roadmap

  • Facilitate alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners (Sales, CS, Support, Finance) on shared priorities, trade-offs, and KPIs

  • Own communication of strategy and progress upward to executive leadership and across the organization

  • Build transparent systems for decision-making and resource allocation

  • Build and scale Product Ops function (team structure, tools, processes) to support faster iteration and cross-functional alignment

  • Establish clear product prioritization frameworks and decision-support processes, and own quarterly planning and roadmap development cycles

  • Drive adoption of product management discipline, methodologies, and best practices across all product teams

  • Create operational cadence for product leadership (reviews, steering, alignment) that keeps teams moving in sync

  • Establish product analytics strategy, instrumentation standards, and reporting frameworks

  • Create cohort analysis, adoption tracking, and customer health dashboards to inform prioritization

  • Enable product teams to self-serve analytics and run experiments with velocity

  • Define and track leading indicators of product-market fit and customer success

  • Identify high-impact opportunities to automate routine work and streamline processes (analytics aggregation, reporting, stakeholder communication, etc.)

  • Evaluate and implement toolsโ€”including AI where appropriateโ€”to reduce manual effort and surface insights faster

  • Build internal dashboards and self-service capabilities to democratize product data

  • Establish repeatable processes to measure and iterate on operational efficiency gains
