Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify and define problem statements, leveraging expertise in data science, analytics, and strategy. Develop data-driven strategies andinnovative solutions to address identified challenges, driving organizational growth and transformation. Take alead role in designing and developing prototype solutions that utilize analytical tools and techniques to solvcomplex business problems effectively. Play a pivotal role in delivering impactful and actionable insights
through the development of analytical tools and solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations,actively researching and implementing new analytical methodologies and approaches to enhance the organizations data and analytics capabilities. Hybrid position. Must live within same MSA as office.
Please note: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in Analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on driving strategic solutions and delivering actionable insights.
Experience
  • 5 years of experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, etc., with a strong ability to perform data analysis and statistical modeling tasks.
  • 5 years of experience developing prototype solutions and designing experiments to test hypotheses and validate data-driven strategies, leveraging a combination of analytical tools and methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience in data visualization using tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to create visually impactful and insightful representations of complex data.
  • 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to identify and define problem statements, and develop data-driven strategies.

Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurately and easily. Able to see well enough to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the work environment. Salary: $142,210 - $160,667 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary annual bonus is provided.
The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
