We’re currently seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue, and representing our hotel in the vibrant Wichita community.



Requirements:

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel’s sales efforts — cultivating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring our guests experience the very best Hilton hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and travel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services.
  • Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close group and event business.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales, General Manager and Revenue Management team to forecast business trends and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions to expand brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system and provide regular sales reports and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems preferred.
