FabMax, a dynamic and expanding custom metal fabrication manufacturer, is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to clients across diverse industries. We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement efforts, manage supplier relationships, oversee inventory planning, and ensure the availability of materials necessary to support our production operations. Key Responsibilities


- Source and purchase raw materials, fabrication components, manufacturing supplies, and outsourced services to meet production needs

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable delivery schedules

- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement activities to optimize stock levels and reduce waste

- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to understand material requirements and specifications

- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions

- Track and analyze procurement metrics to improve processes and supplier performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all purchasing activities
