Senior Technology Program Manager

Location: Hybrid – Greater Boston Area


Seeking an experienced Senior Technology Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting enterprise business priorities. This role partners with business, data, engineering, and technology teams to drive strategic programs from planning through execution.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology program/project management experience
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Strong program governance, executive reporting, risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Experience partnering with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders
  • Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills


Preferred

  • Enterprise technology or digital transformation experience
  • PMO or portfolio management experience
  • Experience supporting software engineering or technology organizations


Hybrid role. Local Greater Boston candidates preferred.
