Job description

Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager to lead and scale the Authorized Training Center (ATC) program globally. This role is responsible for developing and executing on a business plan to drive partner performance and revenue through the delivery of the Fortinet NSE Certification program, aligning training delivery with sales and partner strategies, ensuring consistent execution of the program and driving automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance program efficiency and improve the partner experience.

The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to strengthen ATC partnerships, expand reach, and increase the impact of Fortinet training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the ATC program globally, serving as the primary point of contact for ATC partners.

  • Develop and execute ATC strategy aligned with Fortinet sales priorities, partner strengths, and Fortinet Training Institute goals.

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new ATC partners to expand geographic and market coverage to grow revenue.

  • Drive ATC performance through regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and action plans to increase training delivery, certifications, and revenue impact.

  • Partner closely with sales, channel, and partner teams to support pipeline, customer enablement, and partner-led training initiatives.

  • Ensure ATCs are aligned with Fortinet certification updates, program requirements, and quality standards.

  • Identify regional gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and proactively recommend improvements to program structure and execution.

  • Implement automation and self-service capabilities within the ATC program to streamline reporting, onboarding, and partner support, improving response time and operational efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and personalized support for ATC partners.

  • Support regional and global initiatives, including reporting, planning, and participation in key partner and training events.

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or channel operations, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or education/training environments.

  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, training providers, or certification programs.

  • Strong understanding of sales and channel programs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across regions and time zones.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with executive-level presentation capability.

  • Experience driving automation and leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting global or regional training, certification, or workforce development programs.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), partner portals, and performance reporting tools.

  • Experience collaborating with government, education, or public-sector partners is a plus.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $92,000 - $112,000 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
