What You'll Be Doing:
  • Put your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work.
  • Support the plant operations in achieving production goals while partnering with experienced managers, engineers, sales representatives, quality control personnel, and production employees.
  • Spend time with various departments, including Operations, Sales, Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics, and Administration, to gain a broad understanding of the stabilized sand business.
  • Complete technical and operational projects to gain an understanding of plant processes and business functions.
  • Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, quality, sales, and administrative departments, as well as the responsibilities of different roles throughout the operation.
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing operational and production data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
What Are We Looking For:
  • Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Commitment and engagement through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company.
  • Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.

  • Interest in construction materials manufacturing, aggregate operations, and business operations.
Work Environment:
  • Combination of office and field work.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment in a plant environment.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform manual labor tasks as needed.
