Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, customer obsessed EA to support the leader of Amazon Ads Business Development (Ads BD). You will act as partner to a small and senior team developing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive innovation, revenue growth, and long-term collaboration within the advertising industry.
You will function as a key contributor within an often fast paced and deal-driven team, interacting frequently with internal and external EAs and senior executives.

A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to turn on a dime, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results without knowing the whole picture. You will juggle competing priorities with excellent judgment, flexibility, and a positive team and service-oriented attitude. Impeccable attention to detail is required.

Clear written and verbal communication is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international
- Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners
