Job description

Ready to reshape the future of digital advertising?
Amazon Ads isn't just competing in the ad tech space-we're redefining it. We're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial partnerships leader to architect the deals, alliances, and commercial models that will accelerate our position as the most disruptive force in digital advertising.
The Enterprise Partnerships lead within the Ads Strategy / BD team is responsible for building and executing high-impact strategic partnerships that accelerate Amazon Ads' market positioning as a disruptive force in digital advertising. This individual will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle across agency holding companies, technical system integrators, and marketing technology providers - from initial opportunity identification through deal structuring and scaled execution.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or partnerships executive who combines strategic vision with deal-making rigor

You are comfortable operating at the intersection of advertising technology, enterprise sales, and platform strategy. You bring deep fluency in the agency and martech ecosystem, a track record of structuring complex multi-party agreements, and the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable partnership frameworks that deliver measurable business impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the strategic connective tissue between Amazon Ads' product/sales leaders and the world's most influential advertising partners-agencies, SIs, and martech innovators alike
- Design partnership models that don't exist yet-creative commercial structures, differentiated pricing, and demand/supply constructs that only Amazon can offer
- Crack the hardest problems in ad tech: build identity solutions for targeting and measurement in a privacy-first world, and pioneer data strategies that leverage Amazon's unmatched first-party signals, retail insights, and audience intelligence
- Own the agency holding company relationships -aligning on media investment strategies, negotiating preferential access, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of Amazon's DSP, retail media, and measurement suite
- Forge alliances with elite system integrators to embed Amazon Ads into large-scale digital transformation programs-making us the default, not the afterthought
- Scout the frontier: proactively engage emerging martech players, assess where the market is heading, and structure collaborations that keep Amazon Ads two steps ahead
- Stay ahead of seismic industry shifts-data clean rooms, identity resolution, AI-driven media buying-and turn them into Amazon Ads advantages before competitors even react
- Drive real revenue impact by accelerating deal velocity, unlocking inorganic growth, and building scalable go-to-market motions with partners
- Shape the industry itself: influence best practices, challenge legacy models, and establish Amazon Ads as the partnership of choice for the world's largest advertisers.
