Position Summary...The Director, Strategic Partnership leads cross-functional initiatives to cultivate and manage key business initiatives, driving growth and alignment across multiple business areas. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing financial plans for investments and strategic deployment of the Onsite Energy team, and cultivating strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and vendors. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to resolve challenges, anticipate risks, and deliver actionable insights. By fostering effective communication and leveraging advanced analytics, the Director ensures successful partnership execution that supports Walmart’s overall strategy and long-term financial goals.
The Walmart Energy Onsite Solutions team is dedicated to enhancing resiliency and reducing energy costs across stores, clubs, and supply chain assets. This team leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration among various business areas to achieve shared goals. By leveraging financial analysis and business development expertise, the team drives impactful partnerships and innovative solutions. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
