Your role in our MissionThe Strategic Partnership Manager will drive growth across our partner ecosystem by managing relationships, expanding the strategic partner base, managing marketing automation campaigns, and leading commercial negotiations. This generalist role requires balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution to deliver measurable partner-led growth in a fast-paced environment.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:
  • Act as a key partner-facing liaison supporting relationship management for a portfolio of strategic and emerging partners, handling day-to-day tasks and coordinating activities.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships to support broader strategic initiatives, ensure partner satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
  • Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns and user nurture flows.
  • Conduct competitive and partner landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, monitor partner health, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Track deal pipelines, revenue attribution, and partner-sourced opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand reach across target markets and verticals.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, and activity logs in CRM and internal systems.
  • Support planning, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and at least one marketing automation tool (Braze preferred).
  • Analytical skills to interpret partner and user health metrics and campaign data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to partners.
  • Commercial acumen and proven experience negotiating partner agreements or commercial terms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; self-starter mentality with a strong execution discipline.

Education and Experience:
Required:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing automation environments managing partner lifecycles and/or co-marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred:
  • Background in channel sales, marketing partnerships, agency partnerships, or technology integrations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries
  • May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain
