Job description

The Business Operations Manager oversees a large operations team of 16 or more staff, driving process optimization, resource allocation, and strategic planning to enhance organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role requires managing both internal teams and external vendor relationships without travel obligations. The manager ensures alignment between operations and business goals through budget management, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities
