Utilizing that in-depth understanding to investigate alternatives for commercial supply, including make/buy proposals and risk mitigation strategies.* Identifying and assessing candidate suppliers for materials, components and services.* Preparing and evaluating requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for quotation (RFQs).
