About the Internship
Our hospital Executive Internship provides meaningful mentorship and realworld exposure to the challenges and rewards of hospital administration. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting strategic, operational, and quality initiatives within the hospital environment. Interns will participate in leadership meetings, collaborate with key hospital committees, and contribute to performance improvement work throughout the facility.

Completing this internship gives students a significant competitive advantage when applying for the Executive Fellowship. Through the internship, students gain:
