Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies to clients, evaluating their needs and customizing solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest financial planning tools, techniques, and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with our management team, ensuring compliance with guidelines and addressing any issues that may require supervisory attention.
  • Source new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Leverage the full suite of resources available at Strategic Financial Group to provide clients with the best possible financial solutions.
  • Commit to continuous training and professional development to enhance your practice and advance your career as a Financial Advisor.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 + years of experience in the wealth management industry
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
  • Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain)
  • Expertise in Finance and Investments
  • Experience in retirement planning strategies
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive lead generation.
  • Experience balancing investment management, client acquisition, and sales activities.
  • Additional professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
