Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is the largest private Rheumatology practice in the United States. The practice has over 70 providers, 16 sites and over 350 employees providing assessment and treatments for our rheumatology patients. Our providers work together to keep patients healthy and are recognized for excellence in medicine and for being pioneers in new treatments, ably supported by our Research department.

We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Patient Communications Manager to join our team.
The purpose of the Patient Communications Manager is to implement, establish and maintain systems (and the functions within) that facilitate and dictate patient engagement with the practice including patient texting, patient portal, patient form intake, appointment waitlist, appointment recalls, mass patient communications and others as deemed appropriate based on needs of the practice. This includes managing staff access, troubleshooting relevant systems and completing implementation projects as needed. Developing and reporting on established targets and success metrics is required for each area of existing and incoming projects. These responsibilities are to be performed in coordination with the Leadership across all areas of the practice including Operations, IT, Billing and Infusion, to ensure a cohesive communication strategy across AARA and LSARA.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor / track Patient portal enrollments
  • Optimize Digital patient adoption
  • Oversee Staff process adoption
  • Create and maintain relevant SOP's
  • Track, Monitor and facilitate mass patient communications
  • Complete strategic planning exercises
  • Create and trend analyses relevant to areas of oversight
