Job description

We are Dulcedo

What sets Dulcedo apart is that, for us, this business is not a numbers game. We are a full-service talent management agency dedicated to building lasting brands around our creators. We promote process, structure, and sustainable growth, all within an extremely collaborative setup where everyone shares the same goal: delivering white-glove service to the talents we represent and the brands who want to partner with them. Our focus goes beyond short-term wins, it's about fostering meaningful careers, elevating creative voices, and creating long-term value for both talents and partners alike.

As the largest multidisciplinary talent management group in Canada, and a leading force across North America, Dulcedo represents and manages the international careers of over 500 models, hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, and top-tier digital influencers, content creators, and streamers. With offices in Montreal and Toronto, and a network that extends worldwide, we've grown from a high-profile modeling agency into a powerhouse that spans all spheres of entertainment.

At the core of Dulcedo's values and recruitment process is a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our current workforce is a celebration of diverse ethnic backgrounds, races, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, and lived experiences. Our continued mission is to recruit, support, and grow talent in a way that ensures equal opportunities for all applicants.

Dulcedo is, above all, a community of incredible individuals who 'work hard but play harder.' Our team is united, welcoming, and inclusive, with a company culture that remains a top priority for us. Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work for two years in a row, our mission is to continue empowering our employees by providing an environment where work feels motivating, fun, and, most importantly, meaningful.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated intern who lives and breathes social media to support both strategic development and talent support initiatives across the Dulcedo network. This role will sit at the intersection of innovation and execution: helping to build first-in-kind talent services, connecting with potential clients and partners while also contributing to day-to-day talent and social strategy.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in the creator economy, digital strategy, and relationship-driven work, with strong instincts for culture, content, and emerging platforms
Your Role In Action
  • Support the development of new, first-in-kind talent services and offerings
  • Supporting day to day organisation for our hero talents
  • Conduct market research on emerging trends, platforms, and competitor offerings
  • Assist in building frameworks, decks, and internal documentation for new initiatives
  • Identify and map potential brand, platform, and industry partners for Talent Development & Dulcedo
  • Support outreach, relationship-building efforts and booking in meetings for the TD team (ex: NYFW)
  • Support data collection & analysis for the Annual Satisfaction Survey
  • Assist in developing platform-specific growth strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Support content audits, 90 day roadmaps and performance tracking
  • Help ideate content series, formats, and creative directions for talent
  • Contribute to content calendars and rollout strategies
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and cultural moments for real-time content opportunities
  • Assist in preparing strategy presentations and talent-facing materials
  • Assist in workshop preparation, slide decks, research, and speaker notes
What You're Bringing With You
  • Comfortable being talent-facing and client-facing.
  • Extraverted and a confident communicator
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts, able to juggle multiple talents and priorities at once
  • Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to deck formatting and consistency across deliverables
  • Proactive and self-directed, you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Genuinely passionate about the creator economy, not just social media
Soft Skills & Dulcedo DNA
  • At Dulcedo, we look for more than just a CV -  we look for energy.
  • You're known for your initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen.
  • Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious.
  • You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.
  • You're a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward.
  • In short, you're driven, creative, and structured, someone who knows how to balance discipline, fun, and performance - 3 core pillars of Dulcedo's culture.
Parameters & Perks!
  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
  • Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.

  • Highly flexible work environment with minimal to no office attendance requirements, giving you the freedom to adapt your schedule!
