???? NOW HIRING – RESPOOL OPERATOR ????

Do you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps production moving?

Electron Beam Technologies is looking for a Respool Operator to prepare copper and control leads for our cable manufacturing process. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality are critical. This 2nd shift position works Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am.

What You'll Do:

✔ Read and interpret Manufacturing Orders
✔ Verify copper sizes, control lead requirements, and run lengths
✔ Build and prepare production run carts for stranding operations
✔ Operate respooling equipment to transfer copper and control lead to required spool sizes
✔ Weld partial copper reels together when required
✔ Complete lot traceability documentation and production records
✔ Work with supervisors to verify setups and ensure accuracy
✔ Support inventory control by weighing, labeling, and returning materials to stock
✔ Help keep production flowing by providing material to strand lines as needed

What We're Looking For:

✅ Manufacturing experience preferred
✅ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✅ Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality requirements
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
✅ Forklift experience is a plus
✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is an active position requiring constant movement, standing, lifting, material handling, and attention to detail throughout the shift.
