Overview
Job Title: Instructional System Development Analyst
Job Location: Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO 80914
Job Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000
Tutulu is seeking a highly motivated, highly skilled individuals who are experienced in Instructional Systems Development (ISD). In this role, contractors will assist in the development of capabilities-based requirements for ISD efforts in support of Space Control mission areas ensuring instructional requirements are doctrinally sound and technically mapped to Space Control capabilities.
This team will assist the government customer in the development of operational Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) documentation to support Capabilities-Based Assessment for multiple Space Control capabilities assigned to Mission Delta 3 and Mission Delta 9. Contractors will integrate constraints/variables from the applicable Mission Area Requirements Document, Enterprise Requirements Documents, Training Planning Teams, Combat Force Component Fielding Processes, and/or other DOTmLPF-P change recommendations into the TSRA.
In addition to TSRA development, contractors will generate Systems Training Plans (STP) for space control capabilities, identifying instructional requirements, recommending solutions, projecting resource requirements to support programing and budget justification during PPBE cycles.

  • Active TS/SCI Required
  • Highly desirable: 8+ years working DOW space operations
  • 5+ years of space systems experience

Previous DoW Instructor (or equivalent position) with focus on Instructional System Development and System Training Plans to include familiarity with:
    • DAFPD 36-26, Total Force Development and Management
    • MIL-HDBK 29612-2A
    • DAFH 36-2675
    • DAFPD 13-6, Nuclear, Space, Missile, Command and Control Operations
    • AFPD 63-1/20-1, Integrated Life Cycle
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering seamless collaboration and understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Suite of Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
  • Previous work with Special Access Programs preferred

  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)

Education/Certification Requirements:
