Job description

We are seeking an experienced Arborist with strong sales skills to lead tree service sales and oversee field crews. This role combines extensive knowledge of tree pruning and removal with the ability to manage customer relationships and crew operations. The ideal candidate holds ISA certification and has at least five years of industry experience. Daily travel to job sites is required, with a focus split between sales activities and hands-on fieldwork.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential and commercial tree pruning and removal
  • Supervise and coordinate field crews during tree service operations
  • Manage sales processes for tree services, including consulting and assessments
  • Respond to emergency storm cleanup with timely tree care solutions

Required Qualifications
