As a Tree Climber, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and appearance of trees for residential and commercial clients. This position is ideal for experienced climbers who are passionate about arboriculture and take pride in delivering expert tree care services. Responsibilities
  • Climb trees to perform pruning, removals, and other tree care services using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
  • Safely operate and maintain climbing gear, chainsaws, and rigging equipment.
  • Assess tree health and stability, identifying potential hazards and recommending solutions.
  • Apply proper pruning methods to enhance tree health and aesthetics.
  • Remove hazardous branches and trees while minimizing risk to people and property.
  • Collaborate with the ground crew to ensure efficient and safe debris removal.
  • Maintain job site safety and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing expert advice on tree care and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals.
  • Knowledge of tree species, health assessments, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to operate and maintain tree care tools and equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • ISA Certification (preferred but not required).
