Overview of the Position

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, cultivate a positive retail environment, and amplify prAna's brand vision. They are responsible for a wide range of retail management functions including visual merchandising, inventory, payroll, scheduling, coaching, training, and marketing.Beyond operational duties, the Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting and developing the team through motivational leadership, clear communication, and constructive feedback.
