Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage area. Complete and ship customer orders in a timely manner. $18 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer customer phone calls and enter their orders into Comcept for processing.
  • Pull items from stock to fill order, enter billing information and prepare for shipment.
  • Assist store manager and other sales teammates as requested.
  • Prepare paint mixtures, custom match colors requested by customers.
  • Receive and process inventory into the warehouse by forklift and hand count.
  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse to make filling orders and replenishing the store quick and efficient.
  • Assist in Annual Inventory
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • General upkeep of the warehouse area such as sweeping or moping
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 6 months' experience preferred.
  • Experience driving a forklift preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math, reading and computer skills required.
