We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a "can do" attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store
  • Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
  • Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
  • Participate in monthly P&L review
  • Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example
  • Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks
  • Responsible for resolving customer service issues

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/sales
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team
  • Proven customer service skills required
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly
