Position Overview:

This role is responsible to develop & maintain action-based data reporting tools in support of various merchandising activities. Communicate findings to cross-functional business partners to support fact-based decision making that positively impacts company financials. This role is focused on driving the category review and store remodel processes with category management, OwnBrands, and merchandising leadership.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Communicate effectively to achieve buy-in from cross-functional leaders within category review process.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings in support of category review process.

  • Partner with category managers to deliver an excellent product portfolio to retail and wholesale customers.

  • Partner with shelf implementation and execution teams to inform total store reset process.

  • Perform business or statistical analysis to formulate data-driven recommendations that help the company achieve financial goals.

  • Assist with strategic initiative work relating to micro & macro space planning.

  • Develop standard, recurring, and ad-hoc reports for management and/or the department in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic retail and wholesale environment to drive positive business outcomes.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related area.

  • Minimum of three years combined experience in merchandising, data analytics, project management or related area.

  • Experience with SQL and report writing preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and attention to detail skills.

  • Strong mathematical aptitude, financial acumen, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
