Job Description

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading your store to operational and sales success while fostering a positive, customer-first culture. You’ll:

  • Lead and develop your team – Hire, train, and coach employees to follow the sales cycle and consistently deliver outstanding service.

  • Drive sales performance – Ensure that every customer interaction follows the sales process from start to finish, resulting in strong store results and happy customers.

  • Plan and organize daily priorities – Ensure the store is properly staffed, tasks are delegated effectively, and the day is set up for success.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service – Create an environment where customers feel welcome, supported, and confident in their purchases.

  • Oversee daily operations – Manage scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep with efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Set and achieve goals – Work with leadership to meet sales targets, improve customer experience, and grow the business.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of retail management experience (home improvement, flooring, or related industries an asset)

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven ability to train and coach others to follow it

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A track record of building strong, motivated teams that hit targets

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • A passion for customer service and problem-solving

  • Dependable, results-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your store

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.

  Store operating hours
