Job description

To assist customers with a high level of customer service, stocking shelves and maintaining the general cleanliness of the store. You will be an asset to the cashiers by helping bag groceries, gathering carts and sweeping or picking up spills.
FUNDAMENTAL JOB TASKS:
โ€ข Greeting customers to enhance shopping experience.
โ€ข Bag customers groceries.
โ€ข Assist customers to their vehicles.
โ€ข Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas.
โ€ข Maintain routine sweeping of the sales floor.
โ€ข Break down store deliveries.
โ€ข Stock product on the shelves.
โ€ข Handle clean ups as required throughout the store.
โ€ข Return non-purchased items to their proper shelf location.
โ€ข Know store layout/ product location in order to walk customer to appropriate aisle.
โ€ข Work closely with frontend team members and other team members throughout the store.
โ€ข Operate cardboard bailer.
โ€ข Operate manual and or electric pallet jack.
โ€ข Must be at least 16 years or older.
โ€ข Ability to read aisle markers, shelf tags and prices.
โ€ข Must possess efficient hand eye coordination.
โ€ข Must maintain a sense of integrity.
โ€ข Accuracy and attention to detail.
โ€ข Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
โ€ข Have a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends and holidays.
โ€ข Able to lift 50lbs between 4in and 72in above the ground.
โ€ข Be able to walk up to 5miles in an 8 hour shift.
