Examples of the Main job duties of a Store Manager are included but not limited to: Prior Retail Management Experience, excellent customer service, the ability to communicate effectively with your team, basic math skills, ability to set financial goals, make sound business decisions, assist in hiring and training, and termination of employees, manage and delegate duties and responsibilities to staff and supervisors effectively, create work schedules, maintain and enforce controls and procedures that are 100% in compliance with all applicable authorizes and requirements, help create a great culture with the store. The Store Manager is responsible for managing sales performance and identifying sales opportunities; developing overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales, exceptional customer service and operational performance goals. Quality leadership is a top priority for the company and will be strongly encouraged and coached.
All employees must be at least 21 years of age and will be subject to a background check prior to hire, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. This is current position is considered Full-Time about 40 hours a week. You would be expected to work more of a second shift schedule. You would report to Vice President of Retail Operations.
