What You will be doing: 

  • Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience. 
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in class service and solutionbased customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard. 
  • Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and storelevel targets 
  • Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events. 

Your Qualifications: 

  • Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals. 
  • Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong consistent sales results. 
  • Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth, results and performance 
  • Management experience in the telecommunications industry is considered a strong asset.
  • You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
