Your Mission

Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer experiences while driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and developing people to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop inside and outside sales teams across multiple counties
  • Oversee all store operations, including parts, service, and administration
  • Own full P&L performance and financial results
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong margins
  • Build a positive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability
  • Spend approximately 60% of time in the field and 40% leading in-store operations
  • Strengthen customer relationships and grow market share
  • Manage inventory to maximize return on investment
  • Balance priorities while keeping operations running efficiently
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM – Noon
  • Seasonal flexibility required
  • Combination of field, office, and dealership environments, including outdoor conditions
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership or sales success in an ag dealership environment
  • Minimum 3 years of P&L management experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams and increasing market share
  • Strong business acumen and focus on profitability
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively
  • Proven ability to build a positive, team-oriented culture
Preferred Background
  • 4-year degree in business, agriculture, or construction
    OR
  • 5+ years of comparable industry experience
