As the manager, you'll be the face of the store, responsible for everything from customer satisfaction to managing daily operations. This is your chance to step up, make an impact, and be part of a team that's changing the way people experience convenience stores. Essential Functions Statement(s) Ensure the store is providing customer service that meets or exceeds the company and customers standards Accountable for total financial function of the retail store and deli to maximize its profitability - accurately accounting for sales receipts, payables, payroll, etc Develop all new associates by providing training as it relates to new employee orientation, safety, customer service and performance standards.

Establishing a solid working relationship with vendors Direct involvement with hiring store personnel Supervise and coach direct reports in their daily work performance As necessary, coach, discipline, and/or terminate according to company policy Perform inventory counts, cash drawer audits, and reconciliations Complete price surveys of the competition and execute price changes as needed Drive store sales through promotion and incentive contests Conduct daily visual inspection of the site to ensure it offers an expectable appearance to customers Requirements: 2-3 years experience working as a Manager, retail and food service experience is a plus but not required Must have reliable source of transportation and on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week May be required to work non-traditional schedules based upon the business needs, work schedules may vary as to the days of the week and the hours of the day Primary work schedule will be days Must have a High School Diploma or GED Obtain a ServeSafe certification Must be able to operate a computer Must be an effective communicator
