Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations. Drive sales while meeting operational and performance goals. Qualifications: Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
