Job Description

As a Store Manager, you would oversee the sales and profits of the store, implement evaluations and improvement strategies for employee performance, create work schedules, and manage the revenue of the store, which includes handling cash, delivery of deposits to the bank, and deposit reconciliation. The GNC Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees team development, inventory management, and compliance while promoting GNC's commitment to health, wellness, and customer education. The Store Manager leads by example, motivates the team to achieve goals, and ensures the store consistently meets company standards.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Health Supplements industry is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment. 

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
  • Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
  • Use ladders occasionally
  • Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
