We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded Store Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer store operations, develop a high-performing team, and expand our presence in the community. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Lead daily store operations for assigned DTC location(s), including service, installation, delivery, store maintenance, inventory tracking, and health and safety practices.
  • Grow our residential customer base through proactive outreach, including cold calls and targeted neighborhood canvassing to generate leads and close sales.
  • Create a positive customer experience by addressing concerns quickly, professionally, and with a service-first mindset.
  • Manage store and team sales goals by tracking progress, coaching performance, and ensuring targets are met.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies for the store and team, while removing barriers that may prevent sales goals from being achieved.
  • Support Saturday operations as business needs require.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Master Plumber License (preferred).
  • Three or more years of leadership experience managing teams in plumbing, water treatment, construction, home services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading daily business operations, sales performance, inventory, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees while creating a culture of accountability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing sales goals and operational performance metrics
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (required).
