  • Drive Revenue: Actively manage the floor to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in a high-volume environment.

  • Product Expertise: Master the rapid intake, processing, pricing, and display of our constantly changing inventory, which spans diverse categories (from electronics and home goods to apparel and tools).
  • Merchandising Maestro: Create dynamic, attractive, and effective displays to highlight new arrivals and maximize turns on overstock items.
  • Warehouse Flow: Assist with receiving and organizing large-scale inventory shipments (pallets/truckloads), ensuring efficient stocking and organization within the warehouse/store.
  • Compliance & Loss Prevention: Uphold stringent operational procedures, company policies, and compliance standards, with a sharp focus on minimizing shrinkage and maximizing safety.

  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience in a high-volume retail or warehouse environment (experience with liquidation or varied merchandise is a strong plus).
  • Adaptability & Speed: Proven ability to thrive and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover inventory environment.
  • Exceptional Sales Acumen: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and effectively coaching sales techniques.
  • Clear & Confident Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills.
