Ascent Hospitality is looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as a Starbucks Store Manager!
The Starbucks Store Manager contributes to the company success by leading the team to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our local patrons and hotel guests. The Store Manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.

  • Provides coaching and direction to the team to take action and to achieve operational goals. Constantly reviews work environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, providing eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the Starbucks areas; anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the company.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
