What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Staffing
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Train employees on customer service, store operations, and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and address employee relations issues.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels while minimizing unnecessary overtime.

Store Operations
