Naples, Florida About the Role Pet Supermarket is looking for energetic, customer‐focused Store Managers to lead one of our largest retail operations. As a Store Manager you will coach your team, maintain high service standards, protect our assets, and drive sales growth while working at the front lines in a dynamic pet‐care environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership Drive sales, service, and customer experience initiatives to meet KPIs and store performance goals. Teach and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and hold the team accountable for meeting financial targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Customer Excellence Build relationships with customers and the community, monitor customer ratings, resolve complaints, and promote loyalty while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions.

Operations & Talent Development Maintain brand standards, manage inventory, control costs, oversee loss prevention and safety protocols, and execute all training plans. Develop the team through coaching, performance management, and proactive staffing. Business Insight Analyze profit and loss statements, maximize DSOP through discounts and inventory decisions, and plan community events with rescue agencies to support store profitability.

Experience, Education & Certifications Minimum 3–5 years in a retail manager role or at least 1 year as a Store Manager. College degree is an asset. Must enjoy working with animals. Schedule & Physical Requirements Work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; 2 closing shifts per week; at least 45 hours per week; must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Physical demands include lifting up to 55 lbs and standing or moving around most of the shift.
