We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, developing employees, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the store and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise store employees.
  • Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, cash, and other operating costs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked store.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, pricing, and promotions.
  • Complete daily reports, paperwork, and cash reconciliation.
  • Monitor fuel pricing and communicate updates as required.
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
  • Conduct safety meetings and report employee or customer incidents.
  • Perform cashier duties and assist with daily store operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work varying or extended hours as needed to support the business, including covering shifts when employees are absent.
  • Ability to work at other local store locations when needed, with the possibility of relocation for career growth opportunities.
