Royal Farms is hiring full-time Store Managers (General Managers) to lead high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused leadership role where you will build teams, drive performance, and deliver our world-famous food service experience every day.

Pay and Perks

  • Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually
  • Uncapped quarterly bonus; earn more as your store performs
  • Top-performing leaders earn significant additional bonus income (Top 25% of performers: annual bonus earnings range from $10,000-$30,000+)

What You Will Do

  • Lead daily operations of a high-volume convenience store and food service restaurant

  • Maintain strong performance in staffing, scheduling, inventory management, labor management, food quality and safety, cash handling, and cleanliness
