General Manager

Procare Property Services – West Chester, PA

Position Overview

Procare Property Services is seeking a high-level, results-driven General Manager to lead and scale our commercial and residential divisions.
This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for someone who has successfully operated or managed a landscaping company generating $5M+ in annual revenue and understands what it takes to grow, systemize, and lead at a high level.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue growth, building strong teams, and executing our vision of becoming a regional leader in commercial landscaping and snow management while maintaining premium residential services.
Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  •  Oversee all operations across: 
    •  Commercial landscape maintenance & enhancements 
    •  Snow & ice management 
    •  Residential maintenance, design/build & outdoor living 
  •  Ensure all work is completed efficiently, profitably, and to company standards 
  •  Implement systems for scheduling, routing, production, and quality control 
  •  Drive operational scalability using both internal teams and subcontractors 
Team Management & Accountability

  •  Lead and manage: 
    •  Crew leaders 
    •  Field teams 
    •  Subcontractors 
  •  Build a strong leadership structure within the company 
  •  Recruit, train, and retain high-performing employees 
  •  Hold team members accountable to performance standards 
Sales & Revenue Growth
