7:00am - 7:00pm; 2-2-3 schedulePosition SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for shipping and receiving products, maintaining finished goods inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. This role ensures that all shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper banding, loading, and completion of paperwork.
- Ensure all products are packaged securely and in compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Receive incoming shipments, unload products, and store them in the correct location.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
- Maintain finished goods inventory using the FIFO method.
- Accurately document inventory additions and removals.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate discrepancies to management.
- Warehouse Organization and Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas daily.
- Ensure fire exits remain clear and accessible at all times.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing job duties.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior factory or warehouse experience required.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical DemandsThis role requires light to moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Regularly requires standing, sitting, reaching, and moving about the facility. Eye, ear, and footwear protection are required in designated areas.
