Naked & Famous Denim is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our NYC team. This role blends in-store leadership with e-commerce operations, and coordination with our head office in Montreal. Ideal for someone who thrives in both customer-facing retail and operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily NYC store operations
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Assist in managing the e-commerce website, including order processing and updates
  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Oversee and help maintain accurate inventory levels across retail and e-commerce channels
  • Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment requests, and reporting between the NYC store and Montreal head office
  • Communicate regularly with head office regarding product availability, launches, and operational needs
  • Receive, organize, and manage incoming shipments and stockroom operations
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet store and company goals
